Nature can change its mood swings, but can human system also be changed to a fair non corrupt one, a system just like nature thats driven to nurture and not driven for universally stupid greed... A current system of relying on Bayanihan system of masa for reliefs is not the vital support it should have been from all the billions of funds stolen by politricksians, and leaders should have focused in building the system not in a stealing system. for its the same shit cycle that wont change without fixing the toilets flush system. May Gods will prevail...
