Nealia McCracken at American Horse Adoption and Saddlebred Rescue Inc. announces the rescues participation in The Plain Community Horse Maintenance and Care Clinic to be held on February 13, 2015 at the PA Auction Center in Quarryville, PA. This equine care clinic is being sponsored by Saddlebred Rescue Inc., Omega Horse Rescue and the PA Auction Center. This is the first ever clinic of this type in the area which has been two years in the making. Dr. Holt of Brandywine Vet Services in PA and Dr. Joseph Lowry of Davis Junction, IL will be leading discussion on vet care, equine dentistry, nutrition and other topics. The participants will also take part in a tack sale, light dinner with a raffle and door prizes. McCracken says, We have been trying to find a way to provide updated good horse care knowledge and instruction to the communities in eastern Pennsylvania and we have come up with this group and format. We will take it one step at a time and hopefully this will be the first of several clinics.
