Near perfect outing for Arsene Wengers 18th anniversary with the club. Fluid football and great decision-making was a refreshing thing to see. Finally. Galatasaray were poor but weve also been incompetent against other poor sides this season so we deserve credit for the display. Welbeck was phenomenal. Absolute class. Glided on the ball and breezed past opponents. Huge that we signed him, Sanogos been injured since deadline day so wed have no recognized striker available. This hat trick will do his confidence wonders. Very much a team player and I like that a lot. Gibbs was an unsung hero to me. Overloaded the left flank and started the attack for the first goal. Sanchez was sublime as well, his assist for Welbecks first goal was telling of his unbelievable talent. Worked hard all night and came off to keep him relatively fresh, I hope. Szczesny just loves a red in the Champions League. Big Save Dave was fantastic and pulled a particularly impressive save to deny Yilmaz. Im sure Im missing a lot but its a night to be merry, 4-1-4-1 finally got us some decent football. Lets enjoy that. -MJ
