Nebraska Furniture can take their store & shove it .....My letter to them...How may we help you? To whom it may concern, I have purchased many items from your company, and I am very upset to find out that not only have I had issues in the past with your appliances, but again having more issues with defective parts on my last purchase, on my Samsung refrigerator. I am very appalled at the quality, of the product, but also how long your customer has to wait to get the issue resolved. It is hard to believe that would allow such a product to hit your store, not only your store, but at others. My daughter bought the same refrigerator at Lowes & her ice machine went out after a year in a half also. I am not really trying to be difficult, but too many companies are now offering substandard products and expecting to get away with this. I feel the quality of this product is nowhere near what I would expect from your company. I not only waited three weeks to get the technician out to my home, but to find out today after the parts were brought to my door, that I have to wait another three weeks to have the parts put in. I writing this letter, to let you know, that I will take my hard earned money to another company, that cares more about their customers & their products they sell. Sincerely, Karen Edwards
