Need Help!!!! Looking for a better home for our Cane Corse(Italian Mastiff) Approx 135lbs, was 2yrs old in May, Silver in color, housed trained, all shots up date, Neutered, located in Ocean Township NJ We are looking for a better home for our big baby boy. And couldn’t think of a better place to ask for help considering the large audience this reaches. He is not nasty and he is good with other dogs once introduced properly. Unfortunately he chases cats, never catching one and isn’t aware of his size. Also because of that he knocks over small children. He is not aggressive in anyway. He does not bite but sometimes uses his mouth to play but doesn’t bite down. He shows no food aggression but is very protective of his treats when other dogs are around. He is a very big boy and he is completely unaware of his size. He’s lived in a very large 2 bedroom condo his entire life but has never had an enclosed yard to run in. We try to get him as much exercise as possible but recently Carl and I have been working many more hours and can’t give him the time or attention he deserves and tends to spend too much time in his crate due to separation anxiety. We are also moving into a new place very soon and can not bring him with us. We are not just looking for another home, we are looking for a better home for him. It breaks our heart to have to find him another home, but it isn’t fair to him due to the fact that we don’t have the time he deserves due to our work and now moving schedules and activities. I am pleading for help in this situation. He is an amazing dog and he only needs more exercise and attention then we can give him. If you can help in anyway or have any information you can pass along, it would be greatly appreciated. We need to find him a home as soon as possible.
