Need I say more about this wonderful little gem of a restaurant - Pesto!! Service by Heath was fantastic, always a smile on his face and very attentive. Now, what to eat?! The menu is of a nice size and not too much to choose from and instead of my normal Chicken Satays, I went with the Peri Peri Chicken Livers on Ciabatta bread with chips and oh my gosh, they were the best I have tasted in a long time and they arent shy with the amount of Peri Peri sauce either!!! My friend had the Chicken Satays with Pesto sauce and salad which was thoroughly enjoyed. Prices are relatively good - both these meals were R52 and R56 respectively. Pesto is situated on the ground level of the Palace Hotel on the Marine Parade so give them a try. Unfortunately, no spandex clothed cyclists, runners to ogle at due to the pouring rain and howling wind!!!
