Need a count of hands... How many people would be interested in a Wine by the glass option at the Oct 12th Food Truck Rodeo? The Raleigh Wine Shop and Ecotech Draft systems are working with us to setup a commercial wine station. Basically, we talking large 20L kegs ( ~5 gallon ) severed out of special taps like we do with the beer. This is nice stuff, not your grocery store/mass produced brands. Seth from Raleigh Wine has selected a Prosecco Sparking, a mid-weight Red and a mid-weight White. Because no one has really done this before, no one really knows how much wine to bring out.
