Duties: • Assist in the picking and packing of orders in a timely manner. • Maintain all shipping, receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by assisting in all shipments in and out of our facility. • Regular attendance in accordance with 1st Shift schedule. • Work together with our small warehouse team in a fast paced and high energy environment. • Control inventory levels by doing physical counts. Reconcile with inventory control/accounting systems. • Ensure a high standard of safety, efficiency and cleanliness of our facility. • Assist with various custodial tasks, mainly warehouse. Minimum Qualifications: • Motivated individual with great attitude • Detail oriented • Valid MN Driver’s license • Proficiency using UPS on-line shipping tools • Ability to maintain the highest level of customer service, internally and externally • Excellent communication skills • Two years of relevant work experience w/ minimum one year receiving experience • Education: High School Diploma Preferred Qualifications: • Previous international shipping experience • Proficiency with inventory control processes • Capacity to lift up to 60 lbs. • Three years of relevant work experience with emphasis on shipping and receiving • Education: High School Diploma with continued education a plus Background check required.
