Need a little bit of advice. At work im required to cover up my tattoos and ive been given long sleeve under armour for it. But I work in high intensive activities and as it stands at the moment in a lot of heat. I got very dizzy, head was spinning and almost passed out today during one of my session because I was just too hot. But it still gets enforced on me. But there are a few other staff members who also have tattoos covering their arms that work in different areas (bar and grill) for example. still out front with customers but they are allowed their on show. Surely there must be some health and safety thing about me working in this intense heat and wearing a second layer...
