Need motivation? The only exercise that WORKS is the one you DO. Thats why I LOVE Zumba. I cant wait to get to class to see friends, burn a ton of calories (900+ in an hour) and melt my stresses away. I always leave feeling like a rockstar that can conquer the world. Its weird, but it WORKS...every time! Its go at your own pace with NO dance experience necessary. MEN and WOMEN both enjoy this class. Just $5. SUMMER SPECIAL: Bring a friend who has not been here in 2014 and you BOTH get into that class for free! Classes are smaller in the summer, so you can bring your friends without fear that space will be cramped...we have plenty of room! FREE bootcamp from 6:35-6:55pm for class participants.Bring a yoga mat or join us on the carpeted stage. Mon and Wed nights at 5:30 and 7pm at Stillaguamish Senior Center, 18308 Smokey Point Blvd, Arlington. Come have fun getting fit!
