Need recommendations from all you chefinistas of the group. Need interesting vegetable ( no pulses unless as an addition to the vegetable) main dishes. Cooking for a party this weekend. So far I have planned a chicken entree in a onion and tomato gravy and a daal. Need 2 interesting vegetables. Tired of the normal cauliflower, palak paneer, mutter paneer, baingan bharta stuff. But still want to cook something that everyone will enjoy as in no karela or beet root đ. Appreciate any bright ideas!
