Need some advice - did a Experian credit check the other week and just had the results through. There is a debt to british gas for £848. A one to virgin media for £48 and a county court judgement for £4500. All in the name of Peter Lamb at the address of 61 Manor Gardens where I lived with my dad before he passed away, his name also being Peter Lamb. I know for a fact these are not my debts and they ARE my dads. But next to the debts it has my date of birth. Can anyone advise me what I need to do?
