Need some feed back, Today my bosses who is based in NYC said the following How many times do we have to tell you stay home? unless you have to be in the data centers, work from home, you are in IT, a Sr. Telecom Manager and no longer working for an ultra low cost company and is a salve to anyone but yourself, the next time I call and you are in the office working I will write you up! they were serious and I am in shock. Its difficult for me, for the past 6 years working like a dog at spirit and now dont have too, its ingrained in me, I still wake up at 630 every morning, dont get to the office until 9am and leave by 2... Why? I am trying to so hard to change, but I cant right now., its been 7 weeks at Univision and I still in my blasted spirit way, going to the office and have someone micro manage you sad. Talked to a co-works when I was leaving all they could say to me welcome to a real company that cares about employees first. I am home, spent part of my working day on the beach and pool, and now working for a few hours, but I wish In the office., thank you spirit wow thank you.
