Need your advice on a situation ok so Seller was supposed to send the wc3s with the original package but he didnt now its been 2 days of him dodging and not sending i said if he doesnt send by 3pm(6pm est) then imma cancel my package would you consider me a scammer if A. I didnt send back my package with out him sending the WC3s and money for shipping my package or B. Dont send his package back with out money for shipping? Weve done business prior to this but hes completely blowing me off this deal has been in the works for weeks and he sent Saturday so its not like im springing this on him now hes saying he can send the WC3s this weekend which hed already have my package but how can i trust that hell send after blowing me off?
