Needs urgent placement! This beautiful cockatiel was found in the streets of Astoria last July and adopted by a good friend and neighbor who adores him. Unfortunately she has become sicker and sicker since then and it was recently that she was diagnosed with severe allergies. She actually chokes and stops breathing in her sleep. She tried everything hoping things would improve but they have not. This beautiful baby named Cloud, seeks a new home. Enjoys the company of other birds. In Astoria.
