Negativity inspires negative outcomes, every time. I have a hard time holding a grudge, because let’s face it, they’re heavy! Deep down I know that my experience is better if I don’t give the offending party power over my thoughts. It just makes things a lot less messy to bless their journey and say No Thanks to the unnecessary toxic pain, anger and victim hood that holding someone else responsible for your happiness brings. ~ NO ONE OWES YOU THAT.
