Neils Movie Review: The Neighbors -- well, I could say things like its the next Animal House and absolutely rip-roaring hysterical and dont even get up to pee - but ... I wont. It has its funny moments and Zac Efron is really built well (for those that want to see Zac), but Seth Rogan has made better films. Crude humor, booze, drug use, some nudity, and revenge humor is pervasive. I wish I had better things to say ... 3.1/5.0 and Im being nice. 😔
