Nelson (the black Pug in this video) spent three years cooped up in a puppy farm as a stud dog until he was no longer of use. He was posted for sale on Gumtree last week. A group of Pug lovers clubbed together and rescued ‘the Swansea Pug’, and he is now being fostered while his health improves, which, sadly is far from top notch. They are now trying to raise the £2,500 funds needed for specialist care to treat his breathing and leg issues, which are due to being confined to a cage for many years. Despite what humans have put him though, he is still gentle and loving. If you could spare £1 towards his vet costs it would be very much appreciated.
