Neoclassical Metal от ШВЕЦИЯ What an idea to release a live album after only one studio album. But what?s more: what an idea to release a live album only a couple of months before your second studio album! Let?s see if Time Requiem can get away with this? Three facts will explain a lot. One: as Time Requiem is considered to be the continuation of Majestic and features almost all its members, this live album is actually released after three studio albums. Three of the nine songs on ?Unleashed In Japan? were taken from Majestic?s second album ?Trinity Overture?: ?I?ll Shoot The Moon?, ?Approaching The Storm? and ?Voodoo Treasure?. Two: this album was not meant to be released, but when Andersson heard the tapes that were recorded during the band?s Japan tour in February 2003, he was blown away by the crisp clear and razor sharp sound of them and in the end decided to put the stuff on disc. Three: it?s one of the best live albums I?ve heard lately. The fact that the self-titled Time Requiem debut was one of my favourite records of last year might have to do something with it, but it must be said. In times it reminded me of Royal Hunt?s legendary ?1996? double live album. There you go: three reasons why this album has been released and for the same price three reasons why you shouldn?t doubt when you hold it in your hands at the local record shop on your next visit rockreport.be/review.asp?id=620
