Nepalese players played suburb game even today against a team which has number of players professionally in European teams. I salute them for hard efforts they exhibited, and most importantly they were fully committed to respect the expectation of people. In the end, their emotions were evidence that they were fully honest and dedicated. Let us encourage them. In philosophy of logic, there are always debate on emotion and reason. Philosophers and intellectuals urge that human being should always strive for judging on right or wrong based on reason, the faculty of mind that works on principles, norms and evidence. It in the modern philosophy argues that contextualism must be the guiding principle of judgement. I subscribe to the assertion. But, see the temperament of Nepalese, we generally think emotionally. Our appreciation or disapproval is generally based on our emotions rather than our reasoned judgement. It is a game, which was fairly played by Nepalese players. They did avoid fouls and discourtesy. The football showed that Nepal is firmly united nation. They liked their nation. This game has given a message that Nepal cannot be destroyed. The arrogance Afagan captain presented at the brief interview should not be learned by Nepalese players. Let us thank our players and encourage them play more good games. Let us urge the government to generate good football players, using the money to their development, instead of giving to foolish politician and student leaders who close up the university placing stake of thousand of students in peril.
