Nerisa and I started working together about one month ago. Her goal is to fit a size 4 dress for a formal function on October 18th. At the start of our journey, she weighed 150 lbs and was 34.5% bodyfat. As of September 30, her weight is now 144 lbs and 29% bodyfat. Thats a 9.5 lb decrease in bodyfat, while gaining 3.5 lbs of lean mass! Her results did not magically happen. She put forth all the necessary work and was willing to modify her food intake. And with a couple of weeks to spare, she now fits her size 4 dress! Please be sure to tell her great job! if you see her in the gym.
