Promote improved operational performance and patient experience through quality delivery of services and patient interaction, by subscribing to the highest level of integrity and professionalism Key Responsibilities: • Patient assessment, management and customer care • Adherence to HPCSA protocols • CPD compliance • Accurate administration and record keeping • Self‐management and development Qualifications and Experience • Current registration with the Professional Board of Emergency Care at the Health Professions • Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as an AEA. • Hold a valid PrDP for passengers and a valid Code 08 (Class B) Driver’s License (>21 years old). • >1 Year post‐graduate patient care experience in an operational environment (beneficial). Skills • Technical skills related to pre‐hospital emergency medical care qualification • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Good interpersonal relationship skills How to Apply?
