Neti, I just got a more or less incomprehensible call from Immigration. These poor clerks are forced to actively and grossly violate the Constitution, Article II, Section 3 (1), Article II Secion (2) (1), Article II, Section 12 by demanding that all foreigners (including us as investors) undergo a medical examination. I guess the idea behind this gross human rights violation against Security of Person and Bodily Integrity stems from someone who wishes to press out money from all foreigners in the RMI. Frankly, if it would be done as a robbery it would be less violate and would less harm the reputation of the RMI. No government can order mass medical examinations of any people who live in the country! The RMI can likewise not do it because it is against the Constitution and all the laws passed.
