#NetizensInAction Written by Karl Sayson Photo contributors: Katraena Moralde & Lylanie Gala The Public Management and Development (PMD) track, together with the Political Theory and Systems (PTS) track and the Department of Political Science concluded its second Young Public Managers and Developers Summit last Friday, 14th of March, at the Buttenbruch Hall, USC Downtown Campus. The summit was a two-day event in which various speakers from different sectors of the society were invited to speak in front of citizens, most especially students, about Climate Change and the things we can do for a greener environment. The aim of the Young Public Manager and Developers Summit, according to four of its principal organizers, is to look into the important role of social media in the popularization of environmental policies and programs as well as in the operationalization of netizens in concrete actions.
