Nettles are one of the first spring greens to make their appearance, and one of my favorites. Perhaps my favorite of all. I love them, but will not plant them here. I have done that before at a place i used to live and seen how extremely invasive they are. Instead, i will go to the old homestead where i planted them, Travianna, and pick me a big ole mess of them......being sure to take rubber gloves, scissors and a several paper bags on the journey.
