Never been asked to leave a mall before...guess theres a first for everything! Let me set the stage for you. An early 30s couple walking though the mall towards me. Mom is pushing an empty stroller...head down texting. Dad is walking slightly behind her...carrying baby (not more than two months old) rag dolled at the waist in the corner of his elbow FACING THE FLOOR....all while HE is TWO HANDED TEXTING!!! Needless to say something inside me instantly decided to interfere with their daily routine. The only way I can describe what happened in the 45 second encounter is an unleashment of any and all rage ever built up inside of me for all 28.75 years of my life. Oh and to the pint sized teenage rent-a-cop with the neatly pressed uniform and shiny rape whistle (who I got to call scooter...Ive always wanted to yell at someone and call them scooter)...your lucky I was on the way out of the mall cause it was gonna take about 30 of you and your buddies with walkie talkies and their whistles to remove me from that mall. Nice try. Anybody who is a parent...PAY THE &$@# ATTENTION TO YOUR CHILDREN AND PUT YOUR GODDAMN PHONES AWAY!!!! Rant over...Merry Christmas and a festivus for the rest of us
