Never buy your car from Newspot Motors in Salisbury and never ever use their service department! We finally got our car back today after it has been in the service department for a day short of 3 weeks under going a warranty issue from a water leak that has flooded the whole floor on drivers side. I walked in and asked had they fixed the car to which I was told it was done. There was then a swearing match between me, the service manager Andy, Laz and the other tool because they wouldnt give me any proof to say what work they had performed. I ended up getting a receipt and was told to f#%k off yes 3 males having a go at a 30 year old mother of 4, what heros! Later discussed with Paul Kavanagh the sales manager my issues to which he replied they dont need to give me a receipt for warranty work and I just need to trust that they have performed the work properly and also said perhaps In future I should use the other centre (1 hour away) because I have a clash of personalities with the service department. Fast forward an hour and we have discovered they only steam cleaned the mould out of out carpets but did nothing about the pool of water sitting on the floor of the car. As you can see in the video the floor of the car is still soaked and it has started to rust. Oh yes trust that they have performed the work pfft! Now we are off to an independent provider to do a full report of the damage tomorrow. Dont EVER take your car to Newspot Motors unless you dont wont the correct work carried out, have to ring head office to even get your car back, and be sworn out by rude elderly men that have no clue.
