Never ever get a contract with Vodafone. Theyve messed many bills, then credited the wrong areas, gave wrong information, made agreements and then ignored them and billed higher amounts than advised that its truly unbelievable. Theyve got to such a degree of error making that a complaint that was made in early October that was escalated to senior management got lost and wasnt followed up. To make matters worse, spoke to someone who wouldnt answer my questions and kept referring back to a point that wasnt in question. It was like talking to an MP, skirting the question over and over. In fact, Ive never dealt with anyone as rude as I did with the Vodafone representative today. How do you manage to lose a complaint? Thats hardly gonna make unhappy customer stay, is it?
