Never going through Heathrow again, I say that every time, but every time they surprise me with even worst service, 3 hours to get from T3 to the gate at T5, to find the plane still there but needing a new tyre. By the way if Scotland goes independent when fly to London it will be an International flight so please check in 3 hours before leaving, and the nightmare continues. As an aside issue when I put in my prepaid parking card into the totum.pole parking collecter.it wanted another 70 quid so after I smashed it to pieces I drove happily home to a nice soft bed that I hadnt been in for three days. F*#k#*g C*#?ts.
