Never imagined that tears alone could actually extend a prescription. Also never realized that you could be overheard while on hold. One month, 2 doctors, and countless hours worth of phone calls later and my insulin pump supply order still has yet to be successfully renewed. And this is nothing new. But good to know that crying in frustration can somehow magically result in denied supplies being granted anyway, not to mention transforming a previously indifferent if not rude phone representative into someone downright friendly... Ill have to keep that in mind for the next time.
