Never let me go again is one of those songs where it is absolutely perfect but just too long for radio. It was a poem about the strange relationship young men have with their mothers, both a desire to flee and to be loved and held closely. The producer wanted to cut it shorter. Seven freaking minutes?!?! R U Crazy? But i persisted. Hence its being placed as the last song on the album. Which i get, but still regret sometimes. Everyone did a stellar job on this song in the studio.
