Never was there a time, when we all agreed to a policy or stick to a mission but somehow we succeeded by a bird-style leadership, where a single man or a close body ventured to go where no one dared to opt for. A collective confidence is needed to motivate frustrated frail folks lest they are derailed or deviated. Every single effort should be directed to a collective success. So, all the (sel)fishes should be netted first and the pool should be cleared of fools.
