The beer is made with barley, corn, and rye using a soured mash and has both refreshing slightly sour qualities with a nicely layered malt backbone, 4.8% ABV* Stone Brewing Co. Coffee Milk Stout 12oz *Their new seasonal English-style Milk Stout made with coffee and fermented with milk sugar. Over 10lbs of hops per barrel, including Citra, Simcoe, Amarillo, and Centennial, were used giving the beer flavors of fresh melon, citrus peel, and ripe passionfruit, 9.5% ABV, 100+ IBU* High Water Brewing Le Petit Diablotin 375ML *American Sour Ale aged in red wine barrels for 3 years with local sour cherry & pomegranate juice and fermented with a healthy mix of Brettanomyces, Pediococcus and Lactobacillus that were added into the barrels.
