Over 10lbs of hops per barrel, including Citra, Simcoe, Amarillo, and Centennial, were used giving the beer flavors of fresh melon, citrus peel, and ripe passionfruit, 9.5% ABV, 100+ IBU* High Water Brewing Le Petit Diablotin 375ML *American Sour Ale aged in red wine barrels for 3 years with local sour cherry & pomegranate juice and fermented with a healthy mix of Brettanomyces, Pediococcus and Lactobacillus that were added into the barrels. Some of the pomegranate and cherry notes have faded but complex notes of wood and fruit notes still dominate the finish. Only 200 cases were produced, 6% ABV*
