However, these challenges don’t really hurt as it may be perceived. Once your heart is occupied with the sweetness of Īmān, challenges –no matter how extreme, serve to help you score higher grades or make bigger savings for your mansions in the hereafter. Among the factors that helps to minimize the feelings of pains that may come from these challenges, is to have a constant reminder, that this life is temporal, and serves but as a stepping bridge to the next life. بَلْ تُؤْثِرُونَ الْحَيَاةَ الدُّنْيَا ﴿١٦﴾ وَالْآخِرَةُ خَيْرٌ وَأَبْقَىٰ ﴿١٧﴾ـ “But you prefer the worldly life.
