New Classes In the New Year available for members and non members. YogaFit - A yoga class designed and tailored towards the needs of a Crossfit athlete, focusing on the Fundamental Movements. Accelerate - A fat loss specific class using basic movements at a high intensity. Suitable for beginners and experienced trainers. This Class will run 3 times per week. Monday Wednesday (morning) and Friday. Ideal for those not wanting the high intensity and complex movements of cross fit. A great calorie burner. 600 calories per session. Weightlifting/ Barbell A competitive weightlifting class programmed by our Experienced coaches designed to take peoples athletic performance to the next level.
