New Earth Renaissance Faire 11/11 Synchronicity Celebration The New Earth Renaissance Faire is producing eleven events in eleven cities in one amazing night of synchronicity. Since 11/11 is on a Tuesday this year, we will be bringing together a fundraiser of epic proportions. The 11/11 Synchronicity Celebration is coming together as a Pay-As-You-Leave event. This makes it free for you to come in and enjoy all we have to offer, then decide on your way out how much the experience was worth to you. We would like everyone to sign in when you arrive, then on your way out, sign out with the amount left as a donation. This is a new way of doing an event so we are looking to everyone to help maintain this new structure. If we can get the venues to open early enough, this is the general calendar of events we would like to see throughout the night. 6:00pm-8:00pm Two workshops open to anyone with a good description who wants to assist in the event and help with promotion. 8:00pm-10:00pm Live Music 10:00pm-11:10pm Live Music and Electronic Music Jam Session 11:11pm-11:30pm Video Link with Performance Art Piece at one location synchronized to the others. 11:30-12:30 Headliner 12:30-End Electronic Music The New Earth Renaissance Faire is going into its third spectacular year in 2015. In order to make these events even more spectacular than the last, we are seeking help from the entire community. Eleven events in eleven cities takes not only a huge crew of dedicated individuals, it also takes the trust of everyone within the organization that everyone is doing what they need to. If someone is seeing something not getting done, we all need to hear about it until someone steps up to make sure everything happens. Our events are coming together in such amazing fashion. So far, we have four events currently in the works, interest by five more, and about another six or so we have calls out to. This the current list of events we have in the works or are working on securing in the coming weeks: East Bay: Oakland - Maat Terra: Grid Gallery - Grid Gallery Los Angeles - Jason McHugh and Hruby McHugh: Disorient Nevada City - Jasmine and Linzeiah: Heart Tribe - Miners Foundry North Bay: Petaluma - Matt Dintenfass and Purple: Temple of Squish Reno, Nevada - Lonny Noble: Electric State of Mind Santa Cruz - Mike Molda: Cypher Sessions Tahoe City - Ryan Irieyes: Mindful Massive Vallejo - Howard Redding and Ally Redding: Evolver Network - Evolver Studios These are the artists currently considering our 11/11 Synchronicity Fundraiser: Digital Rust - Nevada City GRiDWORK - Los Angeles Human Experience - Reno Outersect - Bay Area Soulular - Los Angeles Trevor Kelly - Tahoe The Live Video Project we hope to manifest at all these events is a link to all the events with a camera and projector allowing anyone at the events to potentially dance with someone at another event with a projector on a wall. One of the events will be the flagship event where the focus of our 11:11 Synchronicity Celebration will be a performance by a large group. We are currently talking to Jazz Mafia about being a part of this performance. We would like to have the organizers, venues, and headliners for each event coming together in the coming weeks. We are open to all ideas and possibilities. We are looking for people who want to and enjoy planning and executing events. Our goal would be to promote this event at all the festivals after Burning Man and some before. If you know of an organization that would be good at organizing one of the local events for this, please put them in touch with us.
