New Finished Project West 30th St Clients are moving in tomorrow. This is an old garment district building. It has concrete ceilings, so there was no way to get down lighting. I lowered the ceilings 3.5 to get electricity and room for recessed tracks and high hats. My clients have an extensive art collection. Only had limited space because the sprinkler heads are 5 below the ceiling. Moving sprinkler heads was a permit I didnt want to acquire (months and thousands of dollars). We bleached the floors to make it a light and airy space. The color scheme is monochromatic. A light grey/green. Flat on walls and satin on doors and trim. We used a light grey grout in the bathrooms to pick up on the grey of the vanities. I figure I can use fb to promote/advertise my business.
