New Frontiers of the Appraisal The Appraisal Science process and study the most functional methodologies to evaluate goods and services to give objective responses to questions defined in space and time while the Economy analyzes and study goods and services into dynamics of social and territorial system: therefore I believe that Appraisal’s Science be the first sector of the Economy because this analyzes, study and search the more rational methodologies to evaluate their utility to meet human need in actual cases, in relation to a specific purpose in space and time and minimize any subjectivity of economic evaluation. Real question of appraisal defines the estimation criterion, while the elements of real reference situation determine the selection of the best procedure for a justified and valid reply to question: therefore this procedure must be processed with a thorough knowledge of the actual case both in quantity and in quality of data available in both. For activity of evaluation Surveyor’s figure is always central and this requires that his own cultural and professional training be suitable for his own functions, compared also with each other different profile also it’s not technical, his competence must be specialized and his experience should allow him to notice, study and settle the specific question with the best possible probability, selecting the estimation criterion rationally and carrying out the procedure in such a way that be possible to answer the question with the best possible objectivity. In a business environment increasingly articulate and globalized the types of reference will be increasingly complex and dynamic, not only geographically, institutionally and socially but also operationally, and this for the growing development of the means of communication and information technology: Science and Methodology ought to be compatible with this new reality with an ever better cultural, educational and professional Teachers and Surveyors for increased reliability, to obtain with update loyalty and deontological loyalty. In an operational framework that will require greater and greater synergy and reinforcement of inter-group work, in general, these are the New Frontiers of Appraisal, from which we must start towards new territories to be exploited in a Humanistic Civility increasingly open, detailed and dynamic.
