New Job Assistant Group Accountant - TF/11797 Industry: Accountancy Job Type: Permanent Location: Walsall, England Salary: £22000 - £25000 per annum Greenwellgleeson are recruiting for the position of Assistant Group Accountant for a large company in Walsall. The position is paying £22,000 - £25,000 Responsabilities of the role include Group-wide monthly financial results consolidation and compilation of board pack schedules; Group-wide interest accounting, reconciliation and presentation; Accountancy/presentation of the holding company accounts including liaison with management; Accountancy and presentation of the holding company balance sheet; Group-wide VAT accounting and assistance; Assistance in preparation of the statutory accounts for all Group companies; Assistance in preparation of the holding company and Group consolidated budgetary process; Intercompany profit and loss and balance sheet reconciliation and presentation. The Ideal candidate will: Be ACCA, CIMA, ACA part Qualified with either AAT qualifications or a relevant 2.1 Degree. Have advanced Knowledge of Excel Be customer and client focused, including the ability to handle queries and maintain relationship with customers throughout the Group as well as external stakeholders.
