Our client is working at over 40 Unique Venues of London and caters for over 300 high end events per annum. The key responsibilities of the Junior Events / Operations Manger will be: Warehouse Maintaining a busy warehouse Monitoring stock levels Liaising with suppliers and contractors Booking back of house staff and drivers Packing jobs Events Loading and unloading of company vans Running the back of house department at recpetions and dinners at events across London. The ideal Sales and Event Planner will have the following skills: Impeccably presented and confident Passionate about the catering and hospitality industry Strong manager with good leadership skills Must have back of house catering experience in events operations Experienced driver with a clean license Attention to detail and ability to focus. Excellent organisational, administration and communication skills. 3 years experience at a similar company is essential To be successful in this role you must have good BOH organisational skills, well developed administrational skills and previous experience in hospitality & catering.
