THE ROLE WILL SUIT CATERING MANAGERS, EXECUTIVE CHEF MANAGERS, F&B MANAGERS, CONTRACT CATERERS OR FUNCTION & EVENT MANAGERS. Job Description The role of Catering Distribution Manager involves the operations, management, logistics, organisation and day to day running of a production & delivery service unit. This is a very varied role and no two days will be the same. You will be expected to organise and supervise the unit in accordance with and to the standards required to the contract specification and statutory Regulations. To be responsible for the overall efficient and effective management of the unit under your control providing a quality service. It will be your job to maintain the high standards already in place and to ensure the smooth running of the unit.
