New Job Contracts Manager - GM/04921 Industry: Building and Construction Job Type: Permanent Location: Hampshire, England Salary: £60000 - £65000 per annum + bonus and package Contracts Manager required for leading House Builder Contracts Manager required for a National House Builder with live projects in Hampshire / South Coast My client requires an experienced Contracts Manager to join the team and oversee 4 or 5 projects at any one time at various stages. Projects could consist of between circa 30 to 300 plots The successful candidate will be an excellent team player who has already worked for a high volume house builder as a Contracts Manager for a minimum of 5 years and understands what is required for the smooth running of 4 to 5 projects at any one time ensuring timely completion and to the correct specification. In addition to overseeing the projects the successful candidate will be expected to uphold the very highest standard of Health and Safety and make contributions to the region as a whole on aspects of Sales, Customer Care and preconstruction issues on potential projects. Previous experience of working on consortium projects will be an advantage to applicants. ·Minimum of 5 years experience as Contracts Manager ·Previous recognition with NHBC - Pride in the Job ·Experience of working for a high volume house builder The client will be looking for an individual that can show promise for further promotion within a 2 to 3 year time period to become Construction Director.
