Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for Full Time and Part Time Customer Service Coordinators for this successful company based in Whiteley, Fareham. This is an excellent opportunity, for someone who is looking to pursue an office based career, and to work in a corporate environment dealing with a mixture of customer calls and administration duties. The Role: Working in an office based environment duties will include but will not be limited to: Dealing with general enquiries via telephone and email in relation to customer queries Offering help and advice where possible Updating the system with customer details and circumstances Running Data Protection checks before handling each call Transferring calls internally making sure customers queries are seen through from beginning to end. All administration duties and post/filing/faxing tasks where applicable. The Hours: Full time roles will be based on a 37.5 hour working week & the shifts will primarily be Monday to Friday, working 1 Saturday OR Sunday (9am to 5.30pm) every 3 weeks. During the week the offices are open from 8am until 9pm, and whilst the majority of your shifts will be working core hours, candidates need to be flexible to work one week of later shifts every 6 to 7 weeks. Part time hours available are: 16 hours per week - Saturday and Sunday 8am to 5pm shift 20 hours per week - Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm and one Saturday or Sunday every 4 weeks (9am to 5pm) The Ideal Candidate: In order to apply you should have proven experience within a customer service environment preferably dealing with telephone enquiries from customers. We can also accept applications from candidates who have a wealth of experience from either a retail or hospitality environment, paired with strong customer service, who are looking to change careers.
