[New Job] Japanese restaurant/City/ Service Crew/Chef/Supervisor/ $1800-$2500* Only Singaporeans ----salary negotiable depending on work experience ---6 Days work week (SPLIT SHIFT) --JOB SCOPE: Chef/ Kitchen Crew • Prepare and cook Japanese cuisine • Ensure kitchen hygiene and cleanliness • Control food quality and taste • Assist to manage food cost and wastage, and food inventory • Assist with stock and supplies checks • Assist in menu planning and the creation and development of new dish • Train and demonstrate proper cooking techniques and equipment usage Service Crew -Responsible for providing courteous and efficient food and beverage services to the guests. - To present menu, take order, suggest and recommend appropriately. - To attend and respond to guests’ needs promptly and professionally.
