New Job Project Coordinator - Temp to Perm - KH/120514/PC Industry: Admin and Secretarial Job Type: Temporary Location: Staines, England Salary: £24000 - £27000 per annum An exciting opportunity has arisen to join my client in their offices in Staines. My client requires an experienced Project Coordinator (min 12 months experience) to work alongside their Project Manager. The project coordinator will work with the Programme Manager in supporting the delivery of projects within the business. Effectively co-ordinating work streams across a cross functional core team that includes external and internal stakeholders for small projects Negotiate and secure necessary resource for contracted obligations. Ability to handle small multiple projects at any given time. Assist in the application and maintenance of project controls including risk and issue management, change requests, decision and action log maintenance. Managing customer/stakeholder expectation on projects. Supporting Programme Manager in the delivery of projects. Behaving in accordance with the company values which recognise the importance of building effective relationships both internally and externally, delivering on our promises and continuously improving our capability and our performance. Participating in ad-hoc Group projects as required. Carrying out any other ad-hoc duties within your capabilities that are relevant to the job and reasonably requested of you by your manager. Essential Experience: Minimum 12 months experience within a Project Coordinator role Managing relationships with stakeholders Ability to communicate at all levels Ability to prioritise Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Sharepoint Desirable Experience: Business Degree Graduate Prince 2 or Agile methodology Software project experience
