My client is a global business with expertise in property and infrastructure who deliver professional services including programme and project management, cost management, strategic advisory and PPP/PF2/P3 consultancy services to a diverse range of clients. Due to securing a diverse range of ongoing project work predominantly within retail, banking and leisure sectors they have now created a new exciting role to join their existing team of Project Managers. Duties and responsibilities will include: Overall management of projects from inception to completion including feasibility, planning, design, construction and post construction phases. Budget and cost management Planning , programming and monitoring progress of the projects Preparation and presentation of technical and progress reports. Managing / liaising with stakeholders / consultants and contractors Appraisal of contractors work Communication and meetings with clients and key stakeholders This position would suit a candidate currently working as a Project Manager within a similiar business or potentially a Project biased Building Surveyor who is currently successfully managing projects of £500k with autonomy The successful candidate will be: Passionate about Project Management, with the ability to demonstrate their desire to work within a leading property consultancy Excellent communication and influencing skills Confident, energetic and an ambitious self starter
