New Job Property Administrator - KH/LA/281014 Industry: Building and Construction Job Type: Permanent Location: Staines, England Salary: £20000 - £25000 per annum My presigious client based in Staines requires an experienced Property Administrator to join their busy team to provide full administration support. The successfu candidate must have proven experience within a similar role, a full clean driving licence and a willingness to succeed. Main Duties: Assist the Land & Planning Directors and Land Managers in identifying the most suitable sites for both short and longer term development by the Company Under guidance from the Land and Planning team prepare information for planning applications, appeals and local plan enquiries Assist the Planning Managers with promotion of sites through the planning process in order to secure planning consent Keep up to date with current planning legislation and guidance Regularly update the land bank resume Undertake Title searches to identify land ownership details Assist with the maintenance of the ISO Filing System Assist with daily administration tasks within the Land & Planning Department (copy & issue information, cheque requests, mail shots, set up meetings and distribute agendas & occasional minute taking) Under guidance undertake Site Visits and update Land Reports when required Under guidance undertake initial market and demographic research. Other Duties Manage the compliance with ISO Procedures for all new sites (Documentation, Proposal To Purchase forms, Contract Authority Note) Assist/undertake planning studies Visit, assess and assist with reporting on development opportunities Assist other members of the Land & Planning team and office where required. Approve, log and code invoices for Accounts. Personal Profile A full clean Driving Licence. Knowledge of issues affecting the housing industry and site identification in particular would be advantageous. Proactive and enthusiastic. Able to recommend decisions based on an assessment of all relevant factors. Organised and a willingness to undertake and complete short, medium and longer term tasks to the required deadline Excellent communication skills Shows a willingness to succeed and must be able to work within a team environment. A property related degree would be preferable but not essential.
