We are now recruiting for a Sales Training Coordinator ideally from a sales background. Liaising with the management team, the Sales Training Coordinator must adopt a strategic approach in order to assess the skills and knowledge of all employees and determine what training is needed to grow and retain these skills enabling employees to fulfil their potential within the organisation. Responsibilities: Responsible for the training, coaching and development of the Consultants including training on sales techniques, tariff analysis and script. Coordinate the morning meetings for the Sales Team including organising the schedule and content. Work on a one to one basis with Sales Consultants to identify areas for improvement and implement development strategies in order to increase productivity. Monitor and evaluate techniques from training sessions onto the sales floor. Monitor and coach new starters throughout their induction/ training period. Provide assistance to develop the existing inbound team, identifying key areas for change. Gather call recording information and follow call identification requests. Monitor and review calls to ensure all scripts are being adhered to and carry out development sessions. Liaise with all network representatives for product updates, queries and processes. Meet with Senior Management to ensure training focus and methods align with current Business plan including producing reports for monthly management meetings. Maintain and update training documents, manuals and workbooks on a regular basis. All administration requirements in relation to training, delivery and execution of training needs. Ideal Candidate Proven techniques and abilities in engaging staff members. An understanding of the selling cycle and the steps taken to make a sale. Strong ability to multitask and prioritise workload. Exceptional presentation, written and spoken English. Excellent communication skills. Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to organise others. Proficient in MS Office. Self- motivated and keen to develop own skills and inspire others.
