New Job Senior Project Manager - £50m Project - Cardiff - GM/05159 Industry: Building and Construction Job Type: Permanent Location: Cardiff, Wales Salary: £60000 - £70000 per annum + Package Senior Project Manager/ Project Director required to deliver £50m Industrial project in Cardiff. Senior PM required to join Midlands-based Main Contractor a £50m Distribution Centre for major Supermarket. This project will be a mix of Industrial space and Commercial office units in order to accommodate a very busy workplace. The building will be the hub of distribution for the entire region and will be a flagship project for the Contractor. As such, the required candidate will be one who has experience in delivering Industrial projects of a similar size and value, preferably within a Main Contracting environment. The development is due to take place over the next 2 years, as such, this is being advertised primarily as a permanent role, however a fixed-term contract is something that the client is willing to look at. Candidates with a stable, proven track-record are preferred and will ideally have worked for a major Contractor in the past. The salary on offer will be around £65,000 - £70,000 and will be dictated by the calibre of the candidate in question and an additional remuneration package will be on offer.
