New Job Senior Security Specialist - LT/SEC/SPEC/LON Industry: IT Job Type: Permanent Location: City of London, England Salary: £51000 - £61000 per annum + BONUS + BENEFITS Senior Security Specialist - London I am currently looking for a Senior Security Specialist to join a prestigious client of mine in London. The purpose of the role is to: - Deliver and implement the end to end delivery for Security services for the Security strategy, procedures, policies, processes and threat identification and response that provide security services and solutions for the security infrastructure. The role will be focused on both internal and external requirements. - Manage relationships with the various business stakeholders. - Deliver expert security services to external clients. - Manage risk in relation to people, assets, information as well as ensuring compliance security requirements. - Manage a team of up to 5 direct reports. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and delivering communication programmes for Security services. - Implementing Security programmes to support the strategy and policy. - Identifying and presenting emerging security risks and threats to end clients security strategy and policy. - Managing and maintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders and suppliers. - Implementing IA risk assessments, compliance audits and mitigation strategies. - Manage a team of up to 5 direct reports. Potential candidates will have: - A strong and proven background in risk management, audits and compliance. - A strong client facing manner. - A security technology background or knowledge (firewalls, VPNs, proxys etc.). Hands on experience in recent roles is NOT necessary. - Senior/leadership experience. Potential candidates must meet the minimum criteria to gain Security Clearance.
